Under PTI and Optimum Quality Grains US : Number of field releases: 316 (this does not refer to # of sites). All Herbicide-resistance is to own-brand herbicides.

Due to the European Commission's "Confidentiality of the Applicant", it is not possible to get an overview of the total number of applications for admission of GE products for consumption. However, it is known that under EC regulation 258/97 DP has notified the UK Advisory Committee on Novel Foods and Processes for the following GE products:

Du Pont is developing "terminator" seed sterilisation technologies. It holds two patents: US 5,364,780 (15 Nov 94) and US 5,608,14 (4 Mar 97) RAFI.
